Deep dive research
I dig until I find the real problem, not just the obvious one. User interviews, competitive analysis, and endless "but why?" questions until the patterns emerge. My research notes look like detective work because that's exactly what it is.

Each version gets closer to "why didn't I think of this sooner?" I test, refine, and polish until the interface feels inevitable. The final design should look simple, even if getting there wasn't.
